Kenneth G. Kweku, Sr.
Founder & President
Kenneth Kweku is the president of Kweku Development Corporation, a Westchester-based design and build firm focused on residential and commercial development. In this capacity, he is responsible for all aspects of real estate development, architectural design, operations, construction, and financing.
He is also the founder and president of the Smart Home Group, LLC (established in 2006), a property management firm with vacation and corporate rental assets in excess of $5.4M. Through his leadership, Kenneth has connected with and hosted thousands of guests from all over the world.
Prior to establishing Kweku Development Corporation in 2016, Kenneth ran Kweku Technology Solutions, a full-service technology consulting firm he established in 1987. He also founded Signal Media Group, a tech media firm which delivered IT and business-related information to entrepreneurs and small businesses through print, radio, and national events from 2002 to 2009.
Kenneth is a strategic visionary with the unique ability to take complex conceptual business goals and turn them into an actionable roadmap for success. Kenneth is a multi-disciplinary leader with over three decades experience in information technology, business development, and over a decade of experience in hospitality, real estate development and construction.
Kenneth currently serves as President of the Rochelle Park Association, Inc., one of the first planned residential communities in the country dating back to the late 1800’s. In this capacity he oversees and manages all activities within Rochelle Park, the Historic District of New Rochelle, New York. Kenneth has also served on the Board of Managers for the Bedford Stuyvesant YMCA, and several technology and business councils, boards, and associations.
He is a graduate of Mercy College, where he completed a degree in Business Administration with a secondary discipline in Information Systems.
